               grown in the fields of the province

               of Teruel: wheat, barley, corn, etc.

               the  animal with  healthy,  natural

                                                   the mother’s line and Duroc
                                                       for the father’s line
               Touching the sky


               The curing of the Ham and the Pork Shoulders of Teruel is carried out in dryers lo-

               cated at an altitude over 800 metres, in natural environments and, at least, for 14

               and 9 months respectively. Always in areas of the province of Teruel where there is

               no pollution and no fog.
